All orders are delivered free of charge throughout Lithuania by our transport or with DPD couriers to your home (to the location where a cargo minibus can access).

We ALWAYS strive to deliver furniture at a convenient time for our customers, pleasantly coordinating a suitable time with the customer.

If the value of the shopping cart is up to €35 – delivery cost is €2.00.

If the value of the shopping cart is €35 or more – delivery is free.

If the product meets the dimensions (length – 61 cm, width – 44 cm, height – 37 cm, maximum parcel weight - 20 kg), we will deliver the parcels to the DPD Pickup parcel terminal closest to your home.

Once they arrive at our premises, all orders can be collected free of charge from the warehouse in Kaunas.

Furniture is usually delivered unassembled in boxes, but assembly instructions and fittings are included with the furniture.

The day before furniture delivery, we notify you of the preliminary delivery time; if the customer contacts us, we can flexibly change the time or location.

Delivery is usually completed within 6-9 business days, but this only applies to products from a specific manufacturer. For each product, you will find all information about the preliminary delivery time, and you can also contact us by phone or email.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS.

1.1 To return goods, the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, by informing the Seller through the means of communication specified in the contact section, stating the name of the returned item, the order number, and the reasons for the return.

1.2 When returning goods, the Buyer must comply with the following conditions:

1.2.1. the returned item must be in its original, undamaged packaging;

1.2.2. the item must not be damaged by the Buyer;

1.2.3. the item must be unused, not have lost its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, unpeeled protective films, etc.);

1.2.4. the returned item must be of the same completeness as the Buyer received it.

1.3 The Seller has the right not to accept goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with the return procedure for goods established in Article 1.2.

1.4 When returning the wrong item and/or a defective item, the Seller undertakes to accept such goods and replace them with analogous suitable goods.

1.5 In the event that the Seller does not have suitable goods for replacement, the amount of money paid for the goods shall be refunded to the Buyer.

1.6 To return a quality item that meets all descriptions provided in our online store but simply no longer suits or is liked by the buyer, all return costs are covered by the buyer himself.

The return cost depends on the weight, size, quantity, number of packages, and other characteristics of the item. Returns are handled through our partners – DPD courier service. The courier arrives with a return label, a copy of which is left with the sender.

Important: goods cannot be delivered to our warehouse independently – we always initiate the return.
