Return Policy

To return unsuitable goods, you must first contact our customer service department:

We will refund all your money within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the returned item. Please note that money is refunded only to the customer's bank account by transfer.

Return and exchange of goods.

1.1 To return item(s), the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, by informing the Seller through the contact methods specified in the contact section, indicating the name of the returned item, order number, and reasons for return.

1.2 When returning goods, the Buyer must comply with the following conditions:

1.2.1. the returned item must be in its original, undamaged packaging;

1.2.2. the item must not be damaged by the Buyer;

1.2.3. the item must be unused, not have lost its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, unpeeled protective films, etc.);

1.2.4. the returned item must be in the same completeness as the Buyer received it.

1.3 The Seller has the right not to accept goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with the goods return procedure established in Article 1.2.

1.4 When returning the wrong item and/or a defective item, the Seller undertakes to accept such goods and replace them with analogous suitable goods.

1.5 In cases where the Seller does not have suitable goods for replacement, the amount of money paid for the goods will be refunded to the Buyer.

1.6 If a high-quality item that meets all descriptions provided in our online store is to be returned, but simply no longer suits or is liked by the buyer, all return costs are covered by the buyer themselves.

Return fees:

  • Small item (up to 5 kg, e.g., decor elements, cushions) – €7.00

  • Medium item (5–15 kg, e.g., rugs, armless chairs) – €9.00

  • Large item (15–30 kg, e.g., armchairs, tables) – €12.00

  • Bulky item (30–50 kg, e.g., sofas, large tables) – €20.00

  • Extra large / non-standard item (over 50 kg, sofa sets, wardrobes) – according to individual rates (from €35.00)

Additional conditions:

  • The return fee is calculated for the entire item, regardless of how many packages it consists of.
  • If the item is delivered in multiple boxes, the fee is determined by the total weight and category of the item, not for each box separately.
  • If several different items are returned (e.g., a table and a rug), the fee is applied to each item separately.
  • If the item is faulty or damaged – we cover all return costs.

The return price depends on the item's weight, size, quantity, number of packages, and other characteristics. Returns are usually carried out through our partners – DPD courier service. The courier arrives with a return label, a copy of which is left with the sender.

Important: items cannot be delivered to our warehouse independently – we always initiate the return.

If the returned item is of poor quality or damaged, the return is free of charge – in such cases, we cover all shipping costs.

The Buyer cannot return goods that were ordered and/or manufactured or are being manufactured according to the Buyer's individual order, the Buyer's specific instructions, or are clearly adapted to the Buyer's individual needs and are not pre-manufactured, and in other cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
