24-month quality guarantee
The main characteristics of each product we sell are generally indicated in the product description for each product. All products sold are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
After purchasing the goods, it is necessary to carefully inspect them before assembly and, if a defect is found, immediately contact the customer service department.
Warranty terms:
- the buyer follows the assembly instructions provided with the product when assembling the product;
- the product was used for its intended purpose, in one shift, and maintained according to the maintenance rules;
- the warranty applies to defects in product quality that occurred due to the fault of the manufacturer and transportation of the goods by the seller's transport.
We recommend not discarding the packaging until the furniture is assembled. In the event of warranty service, additional information provided on the product packaging may be required.
Please report any detected defect during furniture use using the contacts provided on the website namuideja.lt. During the warranty period, Namų Idėja remedies, completes or replaces quantitative or qualitative discrepancies found at its own expense.
If hidden defects are found within the warranty period (24 months), please take photos of them and immediately send them to us by email info@namuideja.lt. In such a case, the product manufacturer will determine whether the product defect is covered by the warranty, i.e., whether the product defect is a manufacturing defect. We will inform you about the manufacturer's decision through the means of communication you specified. Please note that:
- In the event that the reason for returning the goods is inadequate quality, we undertake to replace the defective parts with new ones at our own expense, compensate part of the money, replace the product with a new one, or refund the money paid for the goods.
The warranty is not valid if:
- Documents confirming the purchase of the product are not provided;
- Defects and damage are visible at the time of purchase;
- There is wrinkling, creasing of fabrics due to the product's technology;
- The furniture dimensions have a deviation of 5 cm compared to the catalog dimensions;
- There are differences in upholstery shades and structure compared to the sample;
- The upholstery is damaged, stained, dyed by clothes, dyes, unsuitable cleaning agents;
- There is damage caused by the buyer's fault, i.e., due to improper transportation, moving or sliding of furniture (scratches, tears, abrasions, punctures, etc.);
- There is damage or defects caused by animals;
- Furniture has been altered without the seller's knowledge;
- There are defects and damages due to which the selling price of the furniture was reduced;
- There is damage due to non-compliance with maintenance and operating rules;
- During use, natural stretching of the fabric occurs, making it looser, and natural formation of wrinkles;
- The buyer assembles damaged furniture elements himself, without informing the seller about it;
- There are changes in the softness, firmness, color and shape of pillows, backrests, armrests and seats that occurred due to incorrect use of furniture, but not due to structural or material defects.
- There are external and other defects when purchasing furniture from the exhibition
- There is natural wear and tear resulting from intensive use;
- The goods were damaged due to the buyer's fault;
- The furniture was damaged due to Force majeure (unforeseen circumstances).
