1.1. This Policy sets out:

1.2. All personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the personal data processing requirements established in the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts related to personal data protection, and from May 25, 2018 – the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data).

Data Processor - service providers who provide services (perform work) and process your data on behalf of www.namuideja.lt, as the data controller. Data processors have the right to process personal data only according to our instructions and only to the extent necessary to properly fulfill the obligations specified in the contract.
Data Subject – a customer – a natural person who has purchased or ordered goods from the website www.namuideja.lt
Personal Data – any information relating to a natural person – data subject – whose identity is known or can be directly or indirectly identified by data such as a personal identification number, one or more characteristics specific to the physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
Processing of Personal Data – any operation performed with personal data: collection, recording, accumulation, storage, classification, grouping, combining, alteration (addition or correction), provision, disclosure, use, logical and/or arithmetic operations, search, dissemination, destruction or any other action or set of actions.

Depending on the browser, this information is stored either in small individual files or in a common file of cookies recorded by various websites. 3. What personal data we collect
3.1. We process your personal data to administer your purchase process in the www.namuideja.lt online store. To register on the www.namuideja.lt website and create an account, you must provide your first name, last name, and email address. To make a purchase in the www.namuideja.lt online store, you must provide the following information:

3.2. If you do not provide the necessary personal data, you will not be able to complete the purchase process, and we will not be able to sell you goods or provide services.

4.2. Marketing: from time to time, we will contact you with information about furniture offers and additional products using electronic communication means. You will also have the opportunity to indicate whether you wish to receive such notifications when placing a furniture order. Furthermore, each time you receive an electronic message from www.namuideja.lt, you will have the option to indicate that you no longer wish to receive our direct marketing offers.
4.3. We will process your personal data only if we have a legal basis for doing so. The legal basis will depend on the reasons why we collected your personal data and what we use it for.
4.4. Consent can only be given by individuals aged 16 or older. Younger children require the consent of their parents or legal guardians.
4.5. When defining an appropriate retention period, we take into account the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data, and whether we can achieve these purposes through other means. In addition, we must consider the periods for which we may need to retain personal data to fulfill our legal obligations (e.g., accounting documents, lease agreements, etc.).

We will also consider whether and how we could minimize the personal data we use over time and whether we can anonymize your personal data so that it can no longer be linked to you or your identity, in which case we could use that information without further notice.
4.7. Other purposes for collecting personal data:
In most cases, we will need to process your personal data in order to conclude a furniture purchase and sale agreement with you;
We use the information you provide to ensure a smooth purchase process and order fulfillment;
The information you provide helps us to communicate smoothly with you and to provide answers to your questions;
Based on your data, we contact you if you have forgotten your purchases or if we have encountered problems related to completed orders.
We use the provided data for administrative or legal purposes: we use your data for statistical and market analysis, customer surveys, service and development, or to resolve disputes or claims.
5. How and for how long we store your data
5.1. We will not keep your data for longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it is processed. When we no longer need your personal data, we will securely delete or destroy it. We will also consider whether and how we could minimize the personal data we use over time and whether we can anonymize your personal data so that it can no longer be linked to you or your identity, in which case we could use that information without further notice.
5.2. We have implemented appropriate organizational and technical security measures for the processing of your personal data, which help protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, as well as from any other unlawful processing. The security activities carried out by www.namuideja.lt also include the protection of personnel, information, IT infrastructure, internal and public networks, as well as office buildings and technical equipment.
5.3. For direct marketing purposes, personal data is processed for 10 years from the moment consent to process personal data is received. When personal data is processed during promotional campaigns (direct marketing games, lotteries, competitions), personal data is processed for one year after the results of the promotional campaign and the winners are announced. Upon expiry of the data processing period, personal data is destroyed by an authorized employee of the company.
5.4. We strive not to store outdated or unnecessary information and to ensure that personal data and other information about customers are constantly updated and correct.
6. To whom we provide your data
6.1. To data processors who provide us with services (perform work) and process your data on behalf of www.namuideja.lt, as the data controller. Data processors have the right to process personal data only according to our instructions and only to the extent necessary to properly fulfill the obligations specified in the goods order. By engaging subcontractors, we take all necessary measures to ensure that our data processors have also implemented appropriate organizational and technical security measures and maintain the confidentiality of personal data.
6.2. In response to requests from courts or state institutions, only to the extent necessary to properly comply with applicable laws or court order/testimony.
6.3. Payments in the online store are processed using the makecommerce.lt platform, managed by Maksekeskus AS (Niine 11, Tallinn 10414, Estonia, reg. no.:12268475), therefore your personal information necessary for payment execution and confirmation will be transferred to Maksekeskus AS.
7. Your rights
7.1. You have the right:
to know (be informed) about the processing of your data (right to know)
to access your data and how it is processed (right of access)
to demand the rectification or, taking into account the purposes of personal data processing, the completion of incomplete personal data (right to rectification)
to destroy your data or to suspend data processing actions (except for storage) (right to erasure and right "to be forgotten")
to request that the personal Data Controller restrict the processing of personal data for one of the legitimate reasons (right to restriction)
the right to object to the processing of your personal data or to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time, so that personal data is processed for one or more specific purposes, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
7.2. A client wishing to submit a request regarding the personal data collected and used about them has the right to receive it only upon submitting a written request. The company, upon receiving a data subject's inquiry regarding the processing of their personal data, must reply whether personal data related to them is being processed, and provide the data subject with the requested data no later than within 30 calendar days from the date of the data subject's inquiry. At the request of the data subject, such data must be provided in writing.
8. Use of cookies
8.1. 8.4 Customer's personal data is not collected through cookies.
9. Amendment of Provisions
9.1. The Data Controller has the right to partially or completely amend the Provisions independently by informing about it on the www.namuideja.lt online store website. Additions or amendments to the Provisions come into effect from the moment they are published on the www.namuideja.lt online store website.
9.2. If the Buyer continues to use the services provided by the online store after the amendments to the Provisions, it is considered that the Buyer agrees to the new version of the Provisions.
9.3. If the Buyer can refuse the new version of the Provisions in writing by submitting a written objection.
10. Final Provisions
10.1. The Data Controller and the buyer, as the data subject, base their cooperation on the principles of fairness and legality.
10.2. All notifications related to personal data processing shall be submitted to the Data Controller by email info@namuideja.lt. Upon receipt of the Buyer's inquiry, the Data Controller shall provide a response to the email address specified by the Buyer.
