Returns Form

To return an item, please fill out the form below. We will send confirmation and detailed return instructions within 1-2 business days.

How to return an item:

1. Fill out the form with your order number and contact details.
2. Receive email confirmation with return instructions.
3. Send the item according to the instructions provided.
4. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will refund the money within 5-14 business days using the original payment method.

Required information in the form:

• Order number (#…)
• First name, last name, email, phone number
• Name and quantity of the item(s) being returned
• Reason (didn't fit, defective, other)
• Photos (if defective or damaged)

Return conditions:

• Returns are possible within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the item (distance selling).
• The item must be unused, in its original undamaged packaging with tags.
• Items ordered/produced individually are non-refundable, except for manufacturing defects.
• If a defect is confirmed, we will cover the shipping costs.
