You can purchase the necessary drill bits and fixing parts from your local hardware store, where you can also seek assistance if needed. If in doubt, use the services of a qualified tradesperson when installing and fixing the product. Please note that you should only use a certified DC 5V input. Higher voltage can cause overheating and damage the device, leading to a risk of overheating and fire. Do not connect this product to any other power source than specified in the user manual, on the data plate, or recommended by vidaXL. Electricity is dangerous. Damage and improper installation, use, or modification (replacement of individual parts) can damage the device, which can cause electric shock and danger to the user. Do not turn on the product if its connection cable or power source is visibly damaged. Turn off the power supply during installation and maintenance. Make sure the light bulbs have cooled down.
