• Cold smoke generator: Simply fill it with wood chips and light a tea light until the wood chips start to change colour. Remove the tea light and place the smoke generator in the cold smoking chamber. The compact square mesh allows the smoking chips to burn evenly and slowly for up to 12 hours.
