DESCRIPTION

Teak Protec – an invisible impregnating agent designed for teak and other hardwoods to make the surface more resistant to water, dirt, and everyday stains. This product helps protect wood from grease, olive oil, coffee, food stains, and other contaminants, allowing the tabletop or other wooden surface to be simply wiped clean with a damp cloth after use. Since the impregnating agent is invisible, it preserves the natural appearance of the wood – it does not make the surface look "lacquered" and does not change the character of teak. Teak Protec is especially suitable for tables under cover, on verandas, or even for indoor use when protection against stains and easier maintenance are desired.

CARE

When using the product, it is essential to wear eye protection and rubber gloves, and to cover the work surface. For new teak, it is first recommended to clean it with a teak cleaner to remove some of the natural oils. Before application, ensure that the wood is completely dry and dust-free. Shake the product for at least one minute. Apply a thin coat with a cloth, let it dry for one hour, and then apply a second thin coat. After application, allow the wood to dry for 48 hours before contact with moisture. It is recommended to renew the wood once a year, and tabletops at least twice a year. Product code: ECP330
