All personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the requirements for personal data processing established in the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts related to personal data protection, and from May 25, 2018 – the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data).

Data Processor - service providers who provide services (perform work) and process your data on behalf of www.namuideja.lt, as the data controller. Data processors have the right to process personal data only according to our instructions and only to the extent necessary to properly fulfill the obligations specified in the contract.
Data Subject – a customer – a natural person who has purchased or ordered goods from the website www.namuideja.lt
Personal Data – any information relating to a natural person – a data subject, whose identity is known or can be directly or indirectly determined using such data as personal identification number, one or more specific physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural or social characteristics of the person.
Processing of Personal Data – any operation performed with personal data: collection, recording, accumulation, storage, classification, grouping, combining, alteration (supplementation or correction), provision, publication, use, logical and/or arithmetic operations, search, dissemination, destruction or any other action or set of actions.

3. What personal data we collect
3.1. We process your personal data to manage your purchase process in the www.namuideja.lt online store. To register on the www.namuideja.lt website and create an account, you must provide your first name, last name, and email address. To purchase in the www.namuideja.lt online store, you must provide the following information:

Also, during the furniture ordering process, you will be able to indicate whether you wish to receive such notifications. Furthermore, each time you receive an electronic notification from www.namuideja.lt, you will have the opportunity to indicate that you no longer wish to receive our direct marketing offers.
4.3. We will process your personal data only when we have a legal basis to do so. The legal basis will depend on the reasons why we collected your personal data and what we use it for.
4.4. Consent can only be given by individuals aged 16 or older. Children younger than this require the consent of their parents or legal guardians.
4.5. 4.7. Other purposes for collecting personal data:
In most cases, we will need to process your personal data to conclude a furniture purchase and sale agreement with you;
We use the information you provide to ensure a smooth purchase process and order fulfillment;
The information you provide helps us to communicate smoothly with you and to provide answers to your questions;
Based on your data, we contact you if you have forgotten your purchases or if we detect any issues related to fulfilled orders.
We use the provided data for administrative or legal purposes: We use your data for statistical and market analysis, customer surveys, service and development, or to resolve disputes or claims.
5. How and for how long we store your data
5.1. We will not keep your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it is processed. When we no longer need your personal data, we will securely delete or destroy it. We will also consider whether and how we can minimize the personal data we use over time and whether we can anonymize your personal data so that it can no longer be associated with you or your identity, in which case we may use that information without further notice.
5.2. For the processing of your personal data, we have implemented appropriate organizational and technical security measures that help protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, as well as from any other unlawful processing. The security activities carried out by www.namuideja.lt also include the protection of personnel, information, IT infrastructure, internal and public networks, as well as office buildings and technical equipment.
5.3. For direct marketing purposes, personal data is processed for 10 years from the date of obtaining consent to process their personal data. When personal data is processed during promotional campaigns (direct marketing games, lotteries, contests), personal data is processed for one year after the announcement of the promotional campaign results and winners. Upon expiry of the data processing period, personal data is destroyed by an authorized employee of the company.
5.4. We aim not to store outdated or unnecessary information and to ensure that personal data and other information about customers is constantly updated and accurate.
6. To whom we provide your data
6.1. To data processors who provide us with services (perform work) and process your data on behalf of www.namuideja.lt, as the data controller. Data processors have the right to process personal data only according to our instructions and only to the extent necessary to properly fulfill the obligations specified in the goods order. By engaging subcontractors, we take all necessary measures to ensure that our data processors have also implemented appropriate organizational and technical security measures and maintain the confidentiality of personal data.
6.2. In response to requests from courts or state institutions, only to the extent necessary to properly comply with applicable laws or a court order/warrant.
6.3. Payments in the online store are processed using the makecommerce.lt platform, managed by Maksekeskus AS (Niine 11, Tallinn 10414, Estonia, reg. nr.: 12268475), therefore your personal information required for payment execution and confirmation will be transferred to Maksekeskus AS.
7. Your Rights
7.1. You have the right to:
know (be informed) about the processing of your data (right to know)
access your data and how it is processed (right to access)
demand the rectification or, taking into account the purposes of the personal data processing, the completion of incomplete personal data (right to rectification)
destroy your data or suspend the processing of your data (except for storage) (right to destruction and right "to be forgotten")
demand that the personal Data Controller restrict the processing of personal data for one of the legitimate reasons (right to restriction)
the right to object to the processing of their personal data or to withdraw their consent to process personal data at any time, so that personal data is processed for one or more specific purposes, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
7.2. A customer wishing to submit a request regarding their collected and used personal data has the right to receive it only after submitting a written request. The company, upon receiving a data subject's inquiry regarding the processing of their personal data, must respond whether personal data related to them is being processed and provide the data subject with the requested data no later than within 30 calendar days from the date of the data subject's request. Upon the data subject's request, such data must be provided in writing.
8. Use of Cookies

9. Amendment of the Regulations
9.1. The Data Controller has the right to unilaterally amend the Regulations in part or in full, by notifying this on the website www.namuideja.lt online store. Additions or amendments to the Regulations come into force from the moment they are published on the website www.namuideja.lt online store.
9.2. If, after the amendments to the Regulations, the Buyer continues to use the services provided by the online store, it shall be deemed that the Buyer agrees to the new version of the Regulations.
9.3. If the Buyer can refuse the new version of the Regulations in writing, by submitting a written objection.
10. Final Provisions
10.1. The Data Controller and the Buyer, as the data subject, base their cooperation on the principles of fairness and legality.
10.2. All notifications related to personal data processing shall be submitted to the Data Controller by e-mail info@namuideja.lt. Upon receiving the Buyer's inquiry, the Data Controller shall provide a response to the e-mail address specified by the Buyer.
