General Provisions

1.1. These terms and conditions for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter – the Rules) establish the mutual rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the person (hereinafter – the Buyer) ordering goods from the online store www.namuideja.lt, and Monika Gudelevičiūtė Individual Activity (VAT payer code: LT100012021617, hereinafter – the Seller). By purchasing goods, the Buyer agrees to the application of these Rules. By confirming the rules, the Buyer confirms that, in accordance with these Rules, they can order and purchase goods.

1.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend, correct, or supplement the Rules at any time, in accordance with legal requirements.

1.3. The right to purchase in the online store www.namuideja.lt is granted to:

1.3.1. Able-bodied natural persons; 1.3.2. Legal entities; 1.3.3. Authorized representatives of the above-mentioned persons.

Personal Data Protection

2.1. When purchasing goods, the Buyer must provide accurate data: name, surname, email, phone number, address. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of this data.

2.2. All personal data provided by the Buyer is processed in accordance with the Seller's personal data protection policy. Personal data is not disclosed to third parties, except when laws require such disclosure.

Moment of Conclusion of the Distance Purchase-Sale Agreement

3.1. Upon placing an order, the Buyer receives an automatic email notification confirming the receipt of the order. This confirmation does not mean that the contract has already been concluded. The contract becomes binding only upon receipt of the delivery confirmation.

3.2. A distance contract is considered concluded when the Buyer confirms the order, agrees to the price of the goods, receives an order confirmation, and pays the invoice electronically. Payment is considered the Buyer's consent to the Rules.

3.3. If the Buyer does not agree to the terms of the Rules, they do not have the right to place an order or conclude a contract.

Buyer's Rights

4.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in accordance with the Rules and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

4.2. The Buyer may withdraw from the contract by notifying the Seller by email within 14 days of receiving the goods.

4.3. The Buyer may return goods if they have not lost their commercial appearance, are undamaged, and unpacked.

4.4. If the returned goods do not meet the requirements of clause 4.3, the Seller may refuse to accept the goods.

4.5. The Buyer cannot withdraw from goods that were custom-made or adapted to the Buyer's needs, except for specified exceptions.

Buyer's Obligations

5.1. The Buyer must pay for the goods and accept them according to the established procedure.

5.2. The Buyer undertakes to keep login details secure and immediately inform the Seller of their loss.

5.3. The Buyer must update their data if it changes.

5.4. The Buyer undertakes to comply with the Rules and applicable legal acts.

Seller's Rights and Obligations

6.1. The Seller may limit or suspend the Buyer's access to the store if the latter violates the Rules.

6.2. The Seller may temporarily or permanently cease the operation of the store without prior notice.

6.3. The Seller may cancel the order if the Buyer does not pay the invoice within the specified period.

6.4. The Seller undertakes to ensure the proper functioning of the store and inform the Buyer of important changes.

Product Prices, Payment, and Delivery

7.1. Product prices are indicated in euros, including VAT. The Seller reserves the right to change prices.

7.2. The Buyer pays for the goods by the following methods: 7.2.1. Bank transfer; 7.2.2. Cash upon collection of goods; 7.2.3. Through electronic banking services.

7.3. The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer within agreed terms. Delivery information is provided in the "Payment and Delivery" section of the website.

Product Quality and Warranty

8.1. Goods are provided with a 24-month warranty, as stipulated by law.

8.2. The warranty applies to product quality defects caused by the manufacturer's fault.

Responsibility

9.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during registration.

9.2. The Seller is released from liability if the Buyer fails to comply with these Rules.

Information Exchange

10.1. The Seller sends all notifications to the email address provided by the Buyer in the registration form.

10.2. The Buyer may contact the Seller using the contact details provided on the website.

Final Provisions

11.1. These rules are drawn up in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

11.2. All disputes are settled by negotiation, and if an agreement cannot be reached, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
